Marcela Cintra is the Head of Products in the Academic Department at Cultura Inglesa SP/BA/SC in Brazil. She is a teacher educator with over 25 years’ experience in English language teaching.

She is a Cambridge CELTA and DELTA tutor. She holds an MA in TESOL from the University of Nottingham. She has presented papers in various conferences, such as IATEFL and TESOL. She is currently president-elect for BRAZ-TESOL 2021-2022. Her main research interests are affective learning and teacher education.
