Daniel Pagnoccolo has been teaching primary and secondary school students in Moscow, Russia for the past two years. He is originally from Australia and previously taught primary school and secondary school students for five and half years there before moving overseas to embark on a new teaching journey. In this blog post, he explains his experience on our 4-week 100% Online CELTA course.
Sarah is from England and is a recent 4-week 100% Online CELTA graduate. She is an avid traveller and has lived in New York and Barcelona. For years, she has taught and examined pilates teacher training certification courses, alongside private music lessons. With the recent shift to online instruction, she decided to look at other opportunities where she could continue her love of teaching and interacting with people. Adrian Underhill is series editor of the Macmillan Books for Teachers, author of Sound Foundations: Learning and Teaching Pronunciation and an adviser in the development of the new Macmillan English Dictionary. He has been a teacher and trainer for many years and was director of the International Teacher Training Institute at International House in Hastings until 1999. Now, he works is a guest tutor on our blended Trinity DipTESOL course, as an international ELT consultant, trainer, author, school consultant and as a conference speaker.
Luke Worsnop began his ELT journey in 2010 when he worked as an English Language Instructor at the University of Nice. Following this, he gained experience in Switzerland and Seville before joining the Oxford House Barcelona team in 2017.
Since then, he has become Sales and Marketing Assistant for Oxford TEFL, where he discovered a passion for guiding trainees as they begin and develop their teaching careers. Exploring this interest further, Luke is now DipTESOL-qualified and works as the tutor for DTCS input sessions, allowing him to support newly-qualified teachers and design course content. This variety of experience within the ELT world has equipped Luke to work in the capacity of Event Organiser for the annual InnovateELT international conference.
Richard Parkin is an Oxford House teacher and Innovate ELT conference volunteer from the Isle of Wight, England. Before packing up and moving to Barcelona he trained in journalism and worked for the NHS in London. He arrived to do his Trinity CertTESOL course at Oxford TEFL in 2016 and he’s been teaching at Oxford House ever since. He is hoping to do the Trinity DipTESOL soon, when he builds up the courage.

Tim manages admissions and enrolments for our Cambridge CELTA and Trinity DipTESOL courses. He is also our Spanish Visa Advisor at Oxford TEFL Barcelona.
Tim is originally from North Carolina, USA. He started his TESOL career in China in 2013. At the beginning of 2017, he moved to Barcelona to take the Developing Teacher Course with Spanish and joined the Oxford TEFL team shortly after. Having gone through the visa process himself as a non-EU citizen, he is dedicated to helping others live and work in Barcelona legally.
Fran Austin is the Sales & Marketing Director for Oxford TEFL. Prior to this, she taught English as a foreign language in Barcelona for 8 years and ran her own summer English immersion courses for adults in the UK. She is qualified in Trinity CertTESOL, Trinity DipTESOL, Dip. Educational Management and Dip. Professional Marketing. This experience means that Fran is able to understand the needs of aspiring or experienced teachers to help them reach their personal and professional goals in ELT.
