Cambridge CELTA in Barcelona + Developing Teacher Course with Spanish +
Visa Support Service

In order to enrol in this package, applicants must complete the CELTA course application process in full and be accepted onto the course.

To ensure that your visa is received on time, the full €4950 fee must be received at least 3 months before your start date.

Your place and fees on the CELTA course or Developing Teacher Course with Spanish cannot be transferred to another person.

All full-time CELTA courses in Barcelona include either 19 or 20 days of class (depending on holidays). The course fees are not affected by the course duration.

Each month of the Developing Teacher Course with Spanish includes 80 hours of training minus any public holidays.

Participants must have their own laptop with Windows or Mac OS.

If you would like to postpone your arrival / start date and notify us…

• …before submitting your visa application, we will provide an updated letter of enrolment at no extra charge. All fees paid will be valid for a future course taken within one year of postponement.

• …after submitting your visa application, it will not be possible to make any changes or provide any refund.

If you would like to cancel your registration and notify us…

• …before submitting your visa application, all fees minus a €300 administration fee will be refunded.

• …after submitting your visa application, it will not be possible to make any changes or provide any refund unless your application is rejected (see below).

If your visa application is rejected, you will receive a refund of all fees paid minus the €300 administration fee. You will need to send us a copy of the rejection letter before the refund can be processed.

We reserve the right to cancel a CELTA course up to 5 days before the start date. Trainees are advised to have cancellation insurance for their flights and to check the refund policy before making any payments to a third party (e.g., flights, insurance, accommodation, etc.).

In order to receive the CELTA certificate, you must pass all assessments successfully.

In order to receive the Developing Teacher Course with Spanish certificate, you must attend at least 85% of classes and participate to a satisfactory standard.

Once you have completed your studies, you may be able to renew your visa by enrolling in at least 7 additional months of Developing Teacher Course with Spanish. The visa renewal fee is €60 and is not included in the course fees.

Groups of Spanish classes are formed every month for the Developing Teacher Course with Spanish, according to demand. If a minimum of 6 students is not met, alternative study activities will be arranged.
