Stephen Mander is a teacher and teacher educator based in Portugal. He has over fifteen years experience teaching General, Business and Exams English to Adults and Young Learners in Asia, the Middle East and Europe, both online and face-to-face. He holds a CELTA and a DELTA and has run and designed training and mentoring programmes for both experienced and novice teachers as well as CELTA, TYLEC and DipTESOL courses. His particular field of interest is in developing teachers who work in formal and non-formal teaching settings in emergent nations.
