Purposes:
A) Process and manage the registration and services.
B) Send you information and communications about our new courses, promos and discounts, events and language exchanges and new blog posts to improve your language, including through electronic means.
C) Publication and promotion of organised classes/activities/events through the use and publication of images (photographs and video) taken of the same, on all types of physical and/or digital media, including the notice boards on our premises, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), the web page and on social media (YouTube) and a historical record of the organised activities/events.

Legitimation:
A) Execution of contract.
B) Legitimate interest of the user.
C) Consent to the use and publication of the images for legitimate interests.

Transfers:
A) Trainee's full names, emails, date of birth's and coursework will be shared with Cambridge Assessment English as required for the provision of services and in accordance with legal provisions.
B) Personal contact information, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and physical addresses, will not be shared.

Conservation:
A) During the validity of the service and, once it has finished, during the legal conservation period to meet any possible responsibilities.
B) Commercial communications: until the student requests their withdrawal.
C) Your image will be preserved as long as it is published in the media described and serves the purposes for which it was captured and published.

Rights: You can withdraw your consent at any time, as well as exercise your rights of access, rectification, blocking, portability and restriction by contacting the controller. In the event of disagreement, a complaint may be made to the Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

1. In order to enrol in this package, applicants must complete the CELTA course application process in full and be accepted onto the course.

2. To ensure that your visa is received on time, the full fee must be received at least 4 months before your start date.

3. Your place and fees on the CELTA course or Spanish course cannot be transferred to another person.

4. All full-time CELTA courses in Barcelona include either 19 or 20 days of class (depending on holidays). The course fees are not affected by the course duration.

5. Each month of the Spanish classes includes 80 hours of training minus any public holidays.

6. Participants must have their own laptop with Windows or Mac OS.

7. If you would like to postpone your arrival / start date and notify us…

…before submitting your visa application, we will provide an updated letter of enrolment at no extra charge. All fees paid will be valid for a future course taken within one year of postponement.

8. If you would like to cancel your registration and notify us…

...before submitting your visa application, all fees minus a €300 administration fee will be refunded.

9. If your visa application is rejected, you will receive a refund of all course fees paid minus the CELTA deposit (€400) and administration fee (€300) and the Visa Service fee (€180). You will need to send us a copy of the rejection letter before the refund can be processed.

10. If your visa application is rejected, you will have a maximum of two opportunities to appeal. After two appeal attempts, we will make the refund to you (see term above).

11. In the case you need to postpone the course from your original application, we can provide up to two new enrolment letters for your visa application to include your new course date(s). Any further adjustments will incur a €25 admin fee per additional letter.

12. We reserve the right to cancel a CELTA course up to 5 days before the start date. Trainees are advised to have cancellation insurance for their flights and to check the refund policy before making any payments to a third party (e.g., flights, insurance, accommodation, etc.).

13. In order to receive the CELTA certificate, you must pass all assessments successfully.

14. In order to receive the certificate of Spanish at the end of the program, you must attend at least 85% of classes and participate to a satisfactory standard.

15. Once you have completed your studies, you may be able to renew your visa by enrolling in additional Spanish course with us. The visa renewal fee is €60 and is not included in the course fees.

16. Groups of Spanish classes are formed every month according to demand. If a minimum of 6 students is not met, alternative study activities will be arranged.

17. Oxford TEFL cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

18. Oxford TEFL cannot be held responsible for the applicant’s external costs such as flights, accommodation or insurance.

19. You may be placed with more than one host during the full period of your studies.
