Alessandra Quaglia

Alessandra began her teaching journey in 2019 and has since gained experience in Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the United States. She was born and raised in Italy, where she gained a Master’s degree in English and American Studies. Then she continued her professional development by getting her CELTA at Oxford TEFL Barcelona, and a CEDILS qualification in teaching Italian as a foreign language.

She has taught in high schools, language academies, and international summer programs, working with learners of all ages and levels, online and in-person at Oxford House Barcelona. She is a keen traveler and enjoys meeting people from different backgrounds wherever she goes. Alessandra’s experience, expertise and warm personality make her the ideal person to manage our Careers Service, Visa Service and Developing Teacher Course with Spanish program.
