One Day Workshops

Conditions of enrollment for all 4-hour online specialised workshops 

Please note that enrollment on our workshops is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The full workshop fee must be paid no later than 3 working days before the workshop takes place. Should the fee not reach us on time, your enrollment in the workshop may be postponed.
• Specialised workshop fees are non-refundable.
• If you postpone the workshop or cancel the workshop giving:

1. • More than 48 hours before the workshop is due to take place — no penalty. The fee that has been paid will be valid for a future workshop(s). The workshop(s) must be completed within one year of its postponement.
   • Less than 48 hours before the course start date—you will forfeit the €60 fee. 

• Specialised workshops are 4 hours long and take place between 10.00 – 14.30 including a break (Spain time) on Saturday. It is the trainee’s responsibility to ensure that they join the workshop on time.
• Access to the specialised workshops is provided by email by the tutor within 24 hours of the workshop taking place. It is the trainee’s responsibility to ensure that they check their email and to contact [email protected] if there is any issue with their access.
• You will be contacted 5 days ahead of the workshop and asked to confirm their attendance. If you do not do so, your workshop may be postponed.
• In the unlikely case that a workshop must be cancelled, we reserve the right to do so up to 48 hours before the workshop is due to take place. In this case, the full fee will be refunded to you. Alternatively, you can reschedule for any other available workshops within 12 months.
• Oxford TEFL reserves the right to refuse a workshop certificate if the trainee’s attendance and participation does not meet a satisfactory standard.
