As a business student and as a business manager, I have had opportunities to learn about Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Jungs Typology Test, and Belbin’s Team Role Theory…etc. Alongside them, Ned Hermann’s brain colours, visualising my own retirement party and the Johari Window are examples of tools I am to keep referring to – both in my personal as well as professional life.
This course certainly was an update and most importantly an upgrade. Duncan was a gentleman and a leader as a teacher! I would not change anything to the mode of delivery…etc.
